The personal information you provide to Heun Chiropractic is used solely for the purpose of delivering chiropractic care, processing billing, and managing your medical records.

Text Communication

We may communicate with you via text for appointment reminders, health updates, and other office-related matters. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary, and you may receive texts weekly. To opt-out, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, contact the front desk. Text HELP for assistance.

Opt-In/Opt-Out

You have the option to opt-in or opt-out of receiving text communications at any time. To opt-in simply provide your consent with front desk at the moment of setting up your appointment. To opt-out, you can reply “STOP” to any text message or notify the office staff to remove your phone number from our texting list.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you as required by law, and the revised Terms of Use will be available at our office and online for your review.
